Ama Dablam

Everest Base Camp Trek

The classic view of the 22,349 ft Ama Dablam mountain when approaching from south west en route to Everest base camp.

At the point where the path passes Dingboche the mountain takes on a different appearance revealing 2 peaks and an overhanging glacier.

In the foreground is the Buddhist Monastery located on a ridge at the meeting of the Dudh Kosi and Imja Khola valleys.
